I am an independent consultant that spends most of my days helping teams realize success through the adoption and application of pragmatic development practices.

I have a passion for sharing information with the development community which I do primarily through training and secondarily with my blog.

One of my dreams has been to use the gifts that God has given me to teach, bless and encourage others. I like to challenge people to dream big with their lives and remind them that setting goals and having fun is something they can accomplish every day.

When not programming I can be found relaxing with my amazing wife and our four beautiful kids.

Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do; Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
